Proven experience as logistics coordinator
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
- Recruit and coordinate logistics staff (e.g. truck drivers) according to availabilities and requirements
- Supervise orders and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs
- Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
- Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.
- Prepare accurate reports for upper management
- Responsible for Transport operations and checking of goods receiving and issuing
- Update of warehouse transactions in the ERP system
- Process stock discrepancy
- Conduct cycle count and ensure stock accuracy & integrity in the warehouse
- Conduct quality checks on goods & documents
- Supervise transport and ensure timely delivery of goods to customer
- Liaise with internal department and customers on delivery issue
- **KEY CHALLENGES**:

- Depending on the size of their fleets Logistic executive have to manage a lot of data, and control a lot of activities like - safety, fleet loading, route mapping, fuel bills etc

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Logistics: 3 years (required)
