Cluster Holdings is one of the leading real estate consultancy in Noida, Faridabad and Gurugram. We are in sale and purchase of lockable and unlockable retail and office spaces, also deals with preleasd property for retail returnsfor fixed ROI both in India and abroad. We are also dealing with business in immigration to Canada, UK, Europe, Greece, Cypress, Portugal.

**Responsibilities**:

- We are looking for an Tele calling /Telesales Executive to contribute in generating sales for our Real Estate client company.
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about property
- Answer questions about property or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
- An effective telesales executive must be an excellent communicator. They must be comfortable presenting property over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. Requirements:
Proven experience as telecalling/telesales executive or other customer service role Ability to learn about property and describe/explain them
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
