**Front Office Executive Responsibilities**
- **Guest Reception & Welcome**:
- Greet guests or visitors warmly and professionally.
- Handle check-in/check-out processes efficiently.
- **Telephone and Communication Handling**:
- Answer incoming calls, route them to the correct departments.
- Take messages and provide accurate information.
- **Reservation and Booking**:
- Manage room or appointment bookings using reservation software.
- Update and maintain booking records.
- **Guest Assistance**:
- Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and services.
- Handle complaints or escalate them to management when needed.
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Maintain front desk records, reports, and documentation.
- Handle clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- **Coordination with Other Departments**:
- Communicate with housekeeping, security, and other teams for guest service needs.
- Ensure smooth flow of information between front office and backend departments.
- **Cash and Billing Management**:
- Handle billing, cash, and payment processes.
- Maintain records of transactions securely.
- **Security and Safety Monitoring**:
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security protocols.
- Ensure that guest records and identity verifications are correctly logged.
- **Appearance & Conduct**:
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
- Follow grooming and behavior standards as per company policy.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,355.93 per month
