**Responsibilities**:
Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.

Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.

Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.

Keeping customers updated on the latest update in order to increase sales.

Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance as needed.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.

Understand customer needs and requirements, and work proactively to meet or exceed their expectations.

Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, including complaints, comments, and actions taken, to track trends and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.

Proven experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.

Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport and trust with customers.

Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools for managing customer relationships and tracking interactions.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
