We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our dynamic team. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring timely account recharges, assisting with cross-selling and up-selling of new products, and providing post-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure high retention and satisfaction.Connect with clients regularly regarding account renewals, recharges, and usage updates.Identify and assist in cross-selling and up-selling opportunities for Green Ads Global’s messaging solutions (Whats App API, RCS, SMS, Voice).Handle customer queries promptly through calls, emails, or chat and ensure quick resolution.Maintain accurate customer data, recharge status in the CRM system.Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery.Educate customers about new features, pricing updates, and promotional offers.Contribute to customer satisfaction and revenue growth goals.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management / Tele-Sales / Inside Sales (experience in Saa S, CPaa S, or Telecom industry preferred).Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi and Tamil languages is an advantage).Ability to handle multiple client accounts with a positive and proactive attitude.Basic understanding of CRM tools and MS Office / Google Workspace.Organized, and team-player mindset
