The company was founded at Harvard Business School in the summers of 2020. We have since raised $11.5mn in venture capital and have grown from 10 to 100+ team mates across US and India in the last 1 year.

**Requirements**:

- ** Goldcast** is growing rapidly and looking for an Brand/Visual designer **(1-2 years exp)** to join our marketing and product teams. The role requires juggling both the marketing and product teams' needs and the ability to context switch and deliver for both departments.
- This role is key to Goldcast ’s continuing success and business growth and will require you to quickly execute on projects as well as plan long term - creating templates and design guides for our growing marketing and sales. You will need to expand Goldcast’s brand guidelines as we roll out **new initiatives, platforms and campaigns occasionally managing outside agencies and developers.**
- As a Junior Brand/Visual Designer, your areas of work will include **creating brand collaterals and presentation decks. **You will ensure that our brand is effectively articulated at every employee and customer touchpoint. You will create resonant **visual assets, establish our brand presence in the physical world, and design our complete digital experience.**

**Responsibilities-**:

- What you'll do
- Come up with appealing UI wireframes in t he form of website and event pages.
- Generate clear ideas, concepts and designs of creative assets for our events.
- Work collaboratively with other designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and user-experience.
- Translate client business requirements, user needs, technical requirements into designs that are visually enticing, easy to use, and emotionally engaging.
- Stay in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, trends in the visual design field.
- This role requires high-proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
