**Job Requirement - Freelance Brand/Visual Designer**

Lokal App is seeking a talented Freelance Brand/Visual Designer who can elevate our brand identity through stunning and cohesive visual storytelling. As a key player in our design team, you will be responsible for creating compelling illustrations, graphics and visuals that align with our brand principles and engage our diverse Indian user base across various platforms. In this role, you'll leverage your creativity and design expertise to develop impactful brand materials that drive awareness and engagement.

In the dynamic environment of a startup, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to ensure that our visual assets resonate with and captivate our target audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and design visual assets for branding, marketing campaigns, social media, and promotional materials that align with Lokal App's brand guidelines.
- Create innovative graphics, infographics, and layouts that enhance the user experience across digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute compelling content that tells our brand story.
- Maintain consistency in design language and adhere to brand standards across all visual communications.
- Gather feedback and iterate on designs based on stakeholder input while ensuring timely delivery of projects.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices to continually refine our brand presence and visual impact.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work within specified deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Visual Designer or Brand Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- Deep understanding of branding principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to create visually appealing designs that meet project requirements.
- Strong communication skills to articulate design concepts and effectively collaborate with team members.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of animation and motion design is a plus but not mandatory.
