We are hiring for hospital TPA executive who have experience in government pannel billing and private pannel billing.

**Qualification **:A graduate with good command over English Oral and Writing

**Experience **:1-3 years of experience in reputed Healthcare / Hospital / TPA

**Salary **:As per Institution Norms

**Report to:

- GM(Corporte Affairs)**

**Full Job Description:

- **
- *Hindi and English typing must.
- *Independent working and liasoning with Government Officers.
- *Should be smart with in-depth knowledge of the functioning of TPA.
- *Can handle TPA patient independently.
- *Sending pre-authorization and query reply with the support of Consultants.
- *Keep track of payment recovery
- *Can prepare MIS on excel sheet. Good knowledge of MS office.
- *Collects and verifies TPA card, Photo ID card or insurance policy at the admission desk while the patient starts receiving necessary medical treatment.
- *Actively responds to any query/additional information asked by the concerned TPA regarding the treatment of the patient.
- *Follows up with the concerned TPA for the authorization letter and duly informs the patient/ family members.
- *In case of issuance of a denial letter, ensures that the patient/family members settle the entire bill amount by cash payment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
