1) A medical record officer is responsible for managing the activities of medical record unit, including supervising of MRD staff.
2) Hospital statistics, i.e. daily inpatient census, collected from - main reception.
3) Collection of MRD files from discharge counter as per the discharge checklist.
4) Filing method followed as per inpatient number/date of discharge.
5) Coding and Indexing as per ICD 10
6) Daily updating of various registers like Master Register, issue register, receiving Register, MLC register Death Register. To make sure the files are maintained as per checklist and continuous audit
7) To make sure that MRD checklist is being followed.
8) Coordinating with Manager Personnel regarding all the files issued to insurance Department/ TPA or MLC.
9) Storage of medical records in proper way, as per guidance of Quality officer.
10) Coordinating with Quality officer regarding data collection for monthly meeting of Death Audit.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
