Job description:

  1. IT Executive is responsible for 24*7 supports in hospital if resource and application is not proper working.

  2. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.

  3. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.

  4. Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary..

  5. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.

  6. Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.

  7. Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule.

  8. Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders.

  9. Possibly training more junior staff members.

  10. IT department is also handling and providing supports on other technical and non-technical issues which is job responsibility of an employee.

  11. In case of emergency duty cycle will be changed or extended without any prior notice or intimation.

  12. The organization will take care of your service and it is your responsibility to stand support to proper working of IT department.

  13. Job responsibilities are as follows:

a) Technical support

b) Training to newly joined staff

c) Support to staff for any updation

d) On call availability

  1. Perform other related duties as required during working hours.

  2. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners

  3. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  4. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  5. Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
  6. Setting up accounts for new users
  7. Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
  8. Testing new technology
  9. Possibly training more junior staff members

· Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers etc.)

· Check computer hardware (HDD, mouse, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality

· Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications

· Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance

· Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems

· Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment

· Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their

work

· Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)

· Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule

· Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders
