**About the Role**:
Our client is looking for a confident and enthusiastic **Female Sales Executive** to manage **institutional sales** for their tissue product range in **Kolkata**. The role involves reaching out to **hotels, hospitals, restaurants, and corporate institutions**, building lasting client relationships, and driving sales growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and connect with potential institutional clients
- Promote tissue products and conduct presentations/demos as needed
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in organizations
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely closures
- Maintain regular client communication and service satisfaction
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Keep records of client interactions, sales progress, and feedback
**Requirements**:
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B or institutional sales (FMCG experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and client-handling abilities
- Self-driven, organized, and target-oriented
- **Two-wheeler preferred** for local travel within the city
- Comfortable interacting with clients across hospitality, healthcare, and corporate sectors
