We are hiring the following position:
- **Position**: Institutional Sales
**Role & responsibilities**
**Corporate Sales**:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the corporate sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
Customize sales strategies to meet the unique needs of corporate customers.
**School Sales**:
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales in the educational sector.
Establish and nurture relationships with school administrators and purchasing departments.
Present and promote Ajanta Shoes products to schools, ensuring alignment with their requirements.
**Institutional Sales**:
Identify potential institutional clients (e.g., government agencies, NGOs, etc.).
Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profits.
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
**Sales Strategy & Planning**:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan that aligns with company goals.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
**Client Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
Ensure client satisfaction by addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
**Team Collaboration**:
Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
