**Position: Batching Plant Operator - Hermetic Press**

**Fundamental Parameters**:

- Location: Tiltda, District
- Raipur (Chhattisgarh)
- Education: ITI / Diploma (Mechanical)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years

**Functional Parameters**:

- Oversee the operation of the batching plant and hermetic press machinery for paver block production.
- Ensure precise batching of raw materials, including aggregates, cement, water, and additives, according to specifications.
- Coordinate with production team to meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor and adjust the hermetic press machinery to ensure accurate block formation.
- Collaborate with quality control personnel to inspect blocks for texture, strength, and adherence to standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the batching plant and hermetic press equipment.
- Troubleshoot and address minor technical issues during production to minimize downtime.
- Follow stringent safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment for the team.
- Keep accurate records of production output, materials used, and any incidents.
- Continuously improve batching and pressing processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, engineers, and other team members.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in batching and pressing technologies.
