**Fundamental Parameters**:

- Location: Tiltda, District
- Raipur (Chhattisgarh)
- Education: ITI / Diploma (Mechanical)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years

**Functional Parameters**:

- Operate and regulate batching plant for paver block production ((Proficiency in Scada/PLC Systems).
- Run vibro press to shape and compact paver block mixture.
- Ensure accurate material proportions and mixing consistency.
- Conduct basic maintenance and address minor technical issues.
- Monitor block quality, strength, and appearance.
- Perform routine plant and press maintenance.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
- Maintain production records and reports.
