**Responsibilities**:
**Ad Creation and Design**:

- Utilize Canva to create compelling ad creatives that capture attention and drive engagement.
- Design visually appealing graphics for various marketing campaigns.
- Edit and enhance images to ensure high-quality visuals for promotional materials.

**Website Development**:

- Develop and maintain websites using WordPress, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific business needs.
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO.

**Social Media Management**:

- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms.
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

**Graphic Design**:

- Create and edit graphics, banners, and other visual content for websites and social media.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

**Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with team members to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality results.
- Provide regular updates on project progress and address any issues promptly.

**Requirements**:

- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Canva for ad creation and graphic design.
- Strong skills in image editing and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
- Experience with WordPress development.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for content creation and engagement.

**Design Skills**:

- Exceptional design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Ability to create visually appealing and effective ad creatives.

**Communication Skills**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.

**Additional Qualities**:

- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
