FlairUp is looking for a detail-oriented and skilled SEO Assistant Manager with 2-4 years of experience to join our team. This role will require strong SEO knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently to manage and optimize SEO efforts across various platforms.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **SEO Expertise**: Independently manage all aspects of SEO, including on-page and off-page optimization.
- **Tools Proficiency**: Expertise in Google Analytics, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Google Ads.
- **Content Strategy**: Ability to write, design, and outline content strategies that align with SEO objectives.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Regularly track, analyze, and report on website performance using SEO tools and data.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication for clear reporting and collaboration.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members to ensure SEO strategies align with broader business objectives.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up with SEO trends and search engine algorithm changes to ensure the company remains competitive.

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of experience in SEO with a proven track record of results.
- Deep understanding of both on-page and off-page SEO practices.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Google Ads.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in content creation, writing, and design.
- Healthcare industry experience (especially with dental clients) is a plus.
