**Job Location: We are hiring for 30 different job locations across Tamil Nadu**

We are currently seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Loan Sourcing Officer to join our team. The main responsibility of this role is to identify and engage with potential loan customers, promote the company's loan products, source loans each month, explain loan details and terms and conditions to customers, act as the main point of contact between the company and customers, manage loan repayment collections, and ensure timely loan repayments from customers. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to contribute to the success of the company and grow their career in the finance industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and engage with potential loan customers through various means including cold calling, referrals, networking, and other methods.
- Promote the company's loan products to potential customers and educate them on the benefits of borrowing from the company.
- Source loans each month to meet the company's loan targets.
- Explain loan details, terms, and conditions to customers in a clear and concise manner.
- Act as the main point of contact between the company and the customer throughout the loan process.
- Manage loan repayment collections and ensure timely repayments from customers.
- Work closely with other departments within the company to ensure a smooth loan process for customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Any degree.
- Fresher/Experienced
- Willing to relocate if needed.
- Two-wheeler with valid Driving license
- Knowledge of loan products and lending processes.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
