**Locations: Tiruvallur, Tamil Nadu**
- Preparation of Lorry Receipt (LR)
- MIS Reporting (Daily trip details/Kms tracking/POD tracking etc.)
- POD collection/Checking and clear any discrepancies in the POD with the customer/transporter
- Visit transport office/hub on demand to collect/hand over bills/POD etc.
- Helps HO accounts to share accurate data for billing
- Send payment request for trips and alert for balance settlement on receipts of POD
- Document collection required for finance to clear payments like PAN, Bank details etc.
- Helps accounts to submit quotations etc. (data collection for quotation preparation)
- Visit vendors/customers and establish a good relationship with them for future expansions/timely billing clearing etc.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Tiruvalur, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
