Known for our fashion-forward designs and commitment to quality, we are rapidly expanding across e-commerce and retail platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the company’s e-commerce platform(s).
- Upload and manage product listings with accurate descriptions, pricing, and high-quality images.
- Monitor and process customer orders efficiently, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.
- Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to avoid stock discrepancies.
- Manage logistics for both domestic and international shipments, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams for promotions, campaigns, and issue resolution.
- Analyze sales and performance metrics using e-commerce and analytics tools.
- Provide prompt customer support and resolve post-sale queries professionally.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in the fashion or apparel sector.
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Shopify, WordPress, or similar CMS systems.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and product positioning.
- Creative and trend-aware, with an interest in women's fashion and styling.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with analytics tools.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks with mínimal supervision.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
