Key Responsibilities
- **E-Commerce Strategy & Development**:

- Develop and implement overall e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and improve user experience.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
- **Platform Management**:

- Manage and optimize the company's online store, including product listings, pricing, and categorizations.
- Ensure the e-commerce platform is user-friendly and visually appealing.
- **Digital Marketing & Sales**:

- Develop promotional offers and ensure they are displayed appropriately.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**:

- Monitor and analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven recommendations.
- **Collaboration & Operations**:

- Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with warehouse and demand planning teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- **Customer Experience & Support**:

- Oversee customer support to ensure excellent service and timely resolution of complaints.
- Manage customer feedback and reviews to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- **Compliance & Security**:

- Ensure products and website content comply with legal and quality standards.
- Manage online payment systems and resolve any related issues.

Working schedule - mon to sat 9:30 -6:30
