We’re hiring a visual storyteller who can turn words, product shots, and vibes into high-impact motion content — the kind you’d scroll past, then scroll back for.This role is about more than motion design. It’s about taste. Timing. Minimalism. Knowing the difference between a "launch" and a _moment_. You're fluent in the language of Apple, Zora, Coinbase, Raycast — and you're ready to build work that speaks to a Gen Z / Millennial / Crypto-native crowd on a global stage.

What You’ll Actually Do

Create launch videos, micro-ads, teaser clips, and product loops with story, sound, and speed

Work with words: scripts, taglines, beats — you’ll write, edit, and animate text that moves

Build primarily in DaVinci Resolve (yes, we mean it — cut, Fusion, color, etc.)

Use AI tools (image gen, motion gen, voice, templates, etc.) as creative multipliers

Lead the creative direction of projects from start to finish — concept through final render

Translate rough briefs or Twitter threads into scroll-worthy assets

Keep it clean, modern, global — no fluff, no cringe

You’re a Fit If You have a tight reel or examples of work that show:motion + copy working together

Product storytelling (especially for web, mobile, or crypto-native apps)modern, mínimal design and fast pacing

You’re a self-starter who can turn a vibe into a deck, or a tweet into a trailer

You know how to write and animate words that hit — taglines, punchy copy, etc.

You’re fluent in tools like Figma and AI apps (bonus: you love learning new ones)You keep tabs on creators and brands setting the tone — Zora, Vercel, Raycast, etc.

You’ve got taste — clean typography, strong rhythm, subtle motion, smart pacing

You’re not afraid of fast timelines or working async — you can own your zone

Bonus PointsCrypto-native or web3-curious (but not cringe)

Strong sound design instincts

Experience writing or editing copy for launches

Worked with startups, SaaS, or design-led brands targeting global Gen Z/Millennial audiences
