**Accountabilities/Responsibilities**
- ** Build Business Intelligence Solutions**:Develop of reports, dashboards and other MI based on business requirements by undertaking a hybrid role including that of a Developer and tester as required
- ** Adhering to the Governance Framework**:Adhering to the Governance framework to ensure adequate controls for the BI Solutions being offered
- ** Building Capabilities**:Keeping abreast with the latest developments in technology and learning new skills
- ** Compliance** - to ensure that you understand and adhere to M&G's Code of Conduct and, where appropriate, comply with all relevant regulatory policies. This includes completion of any mandatory training requirements. To demonstrate a positive risk, compliance and control culture through the identification, assessment, monitoring and management of risks and issues within the business area, alongside ensuring timely and appropriate resolution of control weaknesses, actions and failures that arise

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: (KEY)**
- 3+ years of experience
- Power BI, Power apps or any **BO **tools - **BI Tools**:

- ** Good visualization skills**:

- High level of experience on Azure DevOps
- Data Modelling concepts
- Should be comfortable to work on Front End
- No database experience is desired
- Can work in a capacity of BA/PM with hands on experience on Requirement gathering and project management skills
- ** Excellent communication and presentation skills**

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: (DESIRABLE)**
- Commercial awareness
- Strong facilitation & influencing skills

**EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS NECESSARY**:

- Graduate (Commerce/Science, Bsc IT)

**EXPERIENCE**:

- 3- years in MIS reporting, dashboarding and process automation
