**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Accounts & Finance**:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of financial records and documentation for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and budgeting to support business operations and financial planning

**Taxation**:

- Ensure timely and accurate preparation and filing of direct and indirect tax returns (e.g., Income Tax, GST, TDS, etc.).
- Handle tax assessments, audits, and inquiries from tax authorities.
- Maintain compliance with local, state, and national tax regulations and laws.
- Reconcile tax-related accounts and ensure appropriate documentation for input tax credits and deductions.
- Stay updated with changes in tax laws, and assess their impact on the business.
- Assist in tax planning strategies to optimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance.
- Liaise with consultants, auditors, and statutory bodies regarding tax-related matters.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
