- Coordinate the Financial Reporting Production Process including:

- Inputs
- Internal and external data
- ongoing engagement of parties,
- management of delivery plan and timeline.
- Query management and resolution
- Preparation of delivery plan and timeline
- Internal and external sign-off
- Perform oversight of fund accounting data supplied by TPAs:

- Perform variance analysis and cross checking of internal and external data
- Identify and resolve issues and errors found
- Calculation of ongoing charges
- Liaise with TPA to provide query management and resolution from Internal M&G functions and visa versa.

**Skills**:

- Has an organised approach, with an ability to manage monthly work-load peaks and prioritise effectively and work to tight deadlines and under pressure
- Issue management and coordination experience
- Fantastic organisation and co-ordination skills.
- Prior experience of financial reporting an advantage
- Knowledge of financial statements
- Knowledge of fund accounting / investment management industry
- Knowledge of fund types.
- Project management skills
- Data analysis and exception reporting experience
- Controls focussed and has a methodical approach, demonstrating attention to detail
- Prior experience overseeing third party administrators, issue management and coordination
- Self-starter with ability to recognise and develop longer term improvements
