**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain the highest level of operational standards for cloud technologies while executing best practices in operations and ongoing maintenance.
- Maintain plans and procedures for the administration of the cloud-based systems.
- Assist with the documentation of all system processes and procedures to ensure standardization, best security practices, and data retention
- Review, test, and make recommendations for standard security practices.
- Manage users’ devices through our Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions (MS Intune).
- Support Single Sign-On using Active Directory Federation Services with Multi-Factor Authentication.
- Manage problem resolution to satisfactory completion by keeping abreast of issues and requests.
- Active Directory environment management, including RBAC, conditional access, security troubleshooting
- Perform scripting administration tasks and reporting using PowerShell.
- Develop scripts for automating processes within the environment.
- Assist in management and deployment of end user and server patches and updates, including research of operational effects of the same prior to deployment
- Update, contribute, and maintain local SharePoint team sites as procedures/documentation change.
- Create user guides and instructional documents for end-users.
- In charge of onboarding/offboarding users

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field required; or 3 years of equivalent work experience or
- 2-3 years’ experience as O365 Administrator or Azure Administrator and associated Microsoft Certification
- Demonstrated knowledge of Azure operations and technologies
- Experience with or knowledge of programming languages and operating systems; current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, system performance-monitoring tools active directories, virtualization, HTTP traffic, content delivery, and caching
- Experience with Kubernetes, IAM, Docker, AWS a plus
- Experience with PowerPlatform environments, virtual machine, and database management
- Knowledge of IT operations and basic methodologies
- Experience documenting environments, process, standards

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
