**System Management**:
Monitor system performance and ensure optimal resource utilization.

Perform regular system backups and implement recovery procedures.

**Network Administration**:
Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.

Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and optimize network resources.

**Security and Compliance**:
Implement and enforce security policies to protect systems from unauthorized access, viruses, and other security threats.

Perform routine security audits and updates to keep systems compliant with industry standards.

**Troubleshooting and Support**:
Provide technical support to end-users, addressing software, hardware, and network-related inquiries and issues.

Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems, escalating as needed.

**Server Administration**:
Administer and maintain servers, both physical and virtual, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.

Configure server roles and services as required.

**Automation and Scripting**:
Develop scripts and automation tools to streamline routine tasks and improve efficiency.

Automate software deployments, updates, and system monitoring.

**Documentation**:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

**Backup and Disaster Recovery**:
Design and implement backup strategies to ensure data integrity and availability.

Develop and test disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime in the event of system failures.

**Performance Monitoring**:
Monitor system performance metrics and proactively address bottlenecks or issues to maintain optimal performance.

**Vendor Management**:
Collaborate with external vendors for hardware and software procurement, as well as technical support escalations.

Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role.

Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux, Unix), server administration, and network protocols.

Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms.

Strong knowledge of security practices, firewall management, and data protection.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.

Strong communication skills to provide effective user support and collaborate with team members.

Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator) are a plus.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
