Are you passionate about managing cutting-edge cloud and hybrid infrastructure? We're looking for an experienced
Cloud System Administrator – Level 2
to join our growing team. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting multiple client environments, ensuring performance, reliability, and security across cloud and on-prem systems.

What You'll Do

Infrastructure Management

  • Install, configure, and maintain servers, network devices, and storage systems following standard processes.

System Optimization

  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
  • Implement automation scripts to streamline routine tasks with support from the engineering team.

Network Support

  • Support switches, routers, and firewalls.
  • Assist in implementing network enhancements under engineering guidance.

Storage Administration

  • Support storage solutions ensuring data integrity and availability.
  • Perform regular backups and disaster recovery testing as per defined processes.

Patch Management

  • Execute patch cycles for various devices using approved tools and procedures.

Cloud Support

  • Manage virtual machines, storage accounts, and networking within
    AWS, Azure, or GCP
    .
  • Support secure IAM policies and enforce cloud security best practices.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain detailed documentation of IT systems, configurations, and standard procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

What You Bring

Education:

  • Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

  • 2–5 years of experience in system administration or IT support.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in
    Windows Server, Linux, and VMware
    environments.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Firewalls, Switches, and Routers
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    NAS, SAN, and backup solutions
    .
  • Familiarity with
    Observability tools
    (Logic Monitor, RMM) and
    scripting
    (PowerShell, Python).
  • Working experience with
    cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
    .

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience working in an
    MSP / multi-tenant environment
    .
  • Certifications such as
    Azure Administrator, CCNA, or VMware VCP
    .
  • Familiarity with
    ITIL processes and ITSM tools
    .
