Key Responsibilities:

- **Strategy Development**:

- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify current trends and audience preferences.

- **Content Creation and Management**:

- Create engaging and high-quality content including posts, images, videos, and stories for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Schedule and publish posts according to the content calendar.
- Collaborate with designers and other team members to ensure cohesive brand storytelling.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
- Foster a positive community and add value to followers' experience.
- Monitor and engage with audience interactions to build relationships and encourage brand loyalty.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Monitor social media metrics and KPIs.
- Use analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or others to track performance.
- Prepare regular reports on social media performance and suggest improvements.
- **Campaign Management**:

- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns to meet objectives such as increased engagement, website traffic, or conversions.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms to ensure maximum effectiveness.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency.
- Collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to expand reach and impact.
- Coordinate with other departments to align social media efforts with overall company initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Marketer or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and emerging trends.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decision-making.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Graphic design skills or experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Experience in influencer marketing.
- Familiarity with web design and publishing.
