Responsibilities:

- Content Creation: Develop original and compelling content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter. This may include posts, stories, videos, and graphics that reflect the spirit of brand culture and resonate with our audience.
- Community Engagement: Monitor our social media channels and actively engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner. Cultivate a sense of community by fostering conversations and connections among our followers.
- Social Media Management: Assist in scheduling and publishing content across our various social media platforms using scheduling tools like Hootsuite or Buffer. Ensure that all content adheres to our brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone and aesthetic.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track key metrics such as engagement, reach, and follower growth across our social media channels. Analyze data to gain insights into audience behavior and content performance. Prepare regular reports to share with the team and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Trend Research: Stay informed about current trends and developments in social media, particularly as they relate to South Asian culture and digital marketing. Identify opportunities for new content formats, collaborations, or strategies to enhance our social media presence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams within Equartis, such as content creators, designers, and marketing, to align social media efforts with broader organizational goals. Provide support for special projects, campaigns, or events as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Enrolled in or recent graduate of a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Passion for South Asian culture and a deep understanding of its nuances and diversity.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and trends, as well as social media management tools.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to take initiative.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,139.90 per month
