**Description**
- Will be responsible for **timely GRN of stocks** so that there is a seamless supply of inventory for sale.
- Will be responsible to i**dentify new prospective deals/products** that can be sold through Virtual commerce and present them to the management every month.
- Will be responsible for **onboarding new vendors** and strengthen the vendor base of the category.
- Will be responsible for maintaining existing **vendor relationships** by constantly being in touch with them to solve their problems on day to day basis.
- Will be responsible to **negotiate** transfer prices of the existing products from time to time basis to improve category P&L.
- Will be responsible to track market trends through constant **competitor analysis** and create products based on latest trends.
- Will have to maintain high level of **product knowledge,** ensuring that all products are produced by the vendors within the acceptable standard norms of quality and fit.
- Will be responsible for constantly review the **product quality** feedback and take corrective actions to improve customer experience.
- Will be responsible for **knowledge transfer** of products to the content team for the creation of shows/creatives.

**Job Requirements**
- Should have worked with an apparel brand or an Ecommerce Market place in product sourcing
- Knowledge of markdown and mark up pricing, visibility to drive sales, sell-through, Stock liquidation, re-buys.
- Understanding of drop shipment model & Consignment sales.
- Understanding of the ethnic wear market & customer preferences in India
- Vendor management skills
- Wiling to travel mostly within India atleast one week in a month.
- Team player
- Qualification: Graduate or Post-graduate degree in fashion or têxtile
- Good knowledge of Excel & Powerpoint.
