Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Market Research**:

- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze data to develop insights and strategies to improve market positioning.
- **Marketing Strategy**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns for product launches, promotions, and other initiatives.
- Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
- **Product Promotion**:

- Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and generate leads.
- **Brand Management**:

- Enhance brand visibility and reputation through effective communication strategies.
- Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing materials and channels.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Address customer inquiries and feedback promptly and effectively.
- **Performance Tracking**:

- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Adjust strategies based on performance data and market feedback.

Qualifications:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the chemical or manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and strategies.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Requirements:

- Knowledge of chemical products and the chemical industry is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel as needed for industry events and customer meetings.
