**Manage Daily Operations**: Oversee the daily activities on the construction site, ensuring that work is performed according to plans and specifications.
- **Supervise Workers**: Lead and instruct construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to safety guidelines and project requirements.
- **Coordinate with Stakeholders**: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to align site activities with project goals.
- **Conduct Inspections**: Regularly inspect the site for safety hazards and compliance with health and safety regulations, addressing any issues immediately.
- **Maintain Records**: Keep accurate records of employee attendance, site activities, and progress reports to track project status.
- **Manage Materials**: Order and manage construction materials, ensuring a steady supply without excessive overstock.
- **Problem-Solving**: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during construction, including disputes between workers or unexpected obstacles.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
