
Customer Support Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist customers with order placements, tracking, product information, returns, refunds, and general inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns with empathy, patience, and a solution-oriented approach.
- Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, inventory, sales) to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers when necessary to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
- Identify common issues or feedback and escalate them to management to improve service or processes.
- Contribute to building a loyal customer base by providing a friendly, helpful experience.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or relationship management role, preferably in e-commerce.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and any other relevant local languages).
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
