We are looking for a fresher Customer Service Associate to help us keep growing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries by telephone.
- Maintain an updated knowledge of the product.
- Document customer interactions when necessary.
- Explain simply and clearly in response to customer questions and check for customer understanding and acceptance
- Recommend new services or make suggestions for improvements by identifying relevant features and benefits.
- Assist clients by demonstrating the use of the product and answering any questions they may have.
- Establish and maintain good rapport with customers by using positive language and anticipating their needs

Qualifications:

- Must be a graduate
- Must have Excellent Communication skills.
- Should be able to communicate effectively
- Should be willing to work in UK shift(2 pm to 11pm)..
- Must have good customer handling skills with the ability to learn networking concepts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
