About Waytoogreen Waytoogreen is a dynamic new startup launching a pioneering online Learning Management System (LMS) dedicated to environmental sustainability and microgreen education. Our mission is to empower individuals across India with the knowledge and skills needed to adopt sustainable practices, focusing on accessible green solutions and urban farming.As a new venture, we have set an ambitious goal for our foundational year: to reach and educate 50,000 students. We aim to foster a new generation of environmentally conscious citizens through high-quality, multilingual (English, Hindi, and Tamil), and regionally relevant content.With strategic operational hubs in Mumbai (Business & Front-end) and Chennai (Production & Back-end), we are building a scalable and impactful educational platform from the ground up. Join Waytoogreen and be part of the movement to create a greener, healthier future.Location: Mumbai Reports To: Customer Support/Community ManagerRole Description The Customer Support Associate provides prompt, empathetic, and effective front-line support to students and prospective users, ensuring a positive experience with the Waytoogreen platform.Key Responsibilities:Respond to inquiries via email, chat, and phone regarding enrollment, platform usage, and course content.Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide users through the platform.Maintain the knowledge base and FAQ sections.Track and categorize support tickets, escalating issues to the Manager as needed.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Experience: 1-3 years in a customer support or client-facing role.Skills: Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and a high degree of empathy. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.Attributes: Patience and the ability to handle high volumes of inquiries efficiently.
