**Reports To**: UAV Test Pilot Supervisor / Flight Test Engineer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated UAV Test Pilot Intern to assist in the testing and evaluation of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). This internship offers hands-on experience in UAV flight operations, data collection, and performance analysis under the guidance of experienced test pilots and engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in conducting flight tests of UAVs according to test plans and safety protocols.
- Help prepare UAVs for test flights, including pre-flight checks, battery charging, and sensor calibration.
- Collect and document flight data, performance metrics, and any anomalies encountered during testing.
- Support in analyzing flight test results and contributing to reporting findings.
- Assist in maintaining UAVs and test equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Participate in team briefings and debriefings to discuss flight test objectives and outcomes.
- Adhere strictly to safety standards and regulatory requirements during all flight operations.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Basic knowledge of UAV systems, aerodynamics, and flight principles.
- Familiarity with remote control or autonomous flight operations preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols rigorously.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic test environment.
- Must be comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

- Yelahanka, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
