Roles and Responsibilities:

- UAV Pilot is part of a larger team of engineers and technicians and should demonstrate a positive attitude, flexibility, and good communication skills
- Maintain daily pre and post-flight and inspection activity logs
- Two or more years of experience as a UAS (Unmanned Aircraft Systems) Pilot.
- Expertise and working knowledge of the National Airspace System, Digital Sky and UAS operating rules and regulations thereof.
- Experience in building and flying FPV drones is an added advantage
- Must possess strong computer and documentation experience
- Should have good mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and be able to proactively seek out answers for any equipment or work-related issues that arise.
- Must be familiar with flying fixed-wing UAV platforms of various sizes and be able to learn to fly the platform(s).

Additional Desired Experience (Plus):

- Aerospace Engineering Degree
- Experience as a test conductor, test director, test pilot/navigator or similar

Minimum qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or a related technical discipline from an accredited institution and engineering experience
