Oversee daily operations of marketplace accounts, including listing creation, optimization, and updates for all products.
- Monitor competitor activity, and marketplace trends, and ensure products remain competitive.
- Create and optimize product listings for maximum visibility and conversion, including title, description, images, and keywords.
- Coordinate with design and content teams for high-quality, compliant product images and descriptions.
- Track inventory levels and coordinate restocking to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to manage order processing, shipping, and returns.
- Implement competitive pricing strategies based on market analysis.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate promotions, deals, and campaigns in collaboration with marketing teams.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketplace metrics (sales, traffic, conversion rates, etc.) to identify areas for improvement.
- Use insights from data to develop strategies for sales growth and improved customer experience.
- Monitor customer feedback and reviews; ensure timely response to inquiries and complaints.
- Work closely with customer service teams to improve ratings and manage issues efficiently.
- Ensure all product listings comply with marketplace policies and standards.
- Monitor listings for violations, enforce compliance, and resolve any penalties or issues

**Requiremets**
- Proven experience in e-commerce, specifically with marketplace management (experience with Amazon, eBay, or similar platforms is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and marketplace analytics tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
