Degree in business administration and/or industrial engineer with 3 or 6 years of experience.

**Critical Competencies**:
Communication Skills, Act Independently, Strong Organizational Skilled, Moderation skills, Analytical Skills, IT and presentation skills, Layout planning.Check and create project requests
- Determine required capacities for the project (together with the project manager)
- Permanent adjustment of the availability of all required resources, together with the responsible for the resources
- Check if the given resources are sufficient for the project realization - before the project starts and while the project is running
- Resources, time lines and project costs have to be taken care of and aligned permanently with the project manager
- Conflicts and bottle necks have to be made transparently as early as possible and should be solved as far as possible
- Prepare all information for the project management ongoing
- Use standards as far as available (for tracking, for reporting, for presentation)
- Create a project plan (MS Project), give a good structure to the project
- Be part of project team
- Together with Project Manager -realize project targets:

- Project costs
- Investment costs
- Time line
- Quality

Permanent check: target vs. actual
- Report to the project management, to the plant management and to the board
- Create final project report
- In case of problems: define the problems, define measures, implement the measures, give proposals for solutions
- Approve milestones in between the gateways
- Make or effectuate decisions
- Have good contact to the effected CCO’s or HQ (PMO)
