**Job Title: Accounts Executive**

**Location**: Gurgaon

**Position**: 1

**Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years

**Skills and Proficiency**:

- Proficient in Tally software.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers, budgets, and financial reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any accounting discrepancies.
- Assist in the year-end audit process and provide necessary support to auditors.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting or related field.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

**Salary Range**: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000
