- Roles and Responsibility-
- Experience: 3-6yrs- Role: L2 Citrix Engineer- Location : Chennai- Strong Knowledge in Implementing, Managing and Troubleshooting Citrix Virtual Apps and VDIs.
- Should be Responsible for Vulnerability mitigation by working with Packaging and Security Team
- Administration and monitoring the health of Citrix servers via Citrix Delivery Service /App Center /Citrix Studio console and Citrix Director daily.
- Supporting Citrix Farms, XenApp severs.
- Configuring and managing Citrix policies
- Troubleshooting on user profile and connection issues
- Monthly OS Layer Patching activity
- Should be Responsible for Handling Access Provisioning Request
- Quarterly Citrix VDA Upgrade activity
- Application Troubleshooting and VM Level issues
- Certificate Renewals and Service Account password renewals
