Job Description

  • Infrastructure Admin resource with a relevant experience of 6-8 years.

  • Preferred at least one of the DevOps skills such as Kubernetes, Terraform, AI, CI/CD.

  • Proficiency in Cloud computing with a certification (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud), preferably Azure.

  • Experience in implementing and administering windows server workloads.

  • Expert knowledge on M365 services such as Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, Windows Defender etc.

  • Practical experience in virtual technologies such as Cost Optimization, License management, Microsoft AVD, Hyper-V, Failover Cluster and VMWare.

  • Experience in service management (Incident, Change and Problem Management).

  • Familiarity with service management and monitoring tools (ServiceNow, SDPlus, OpManager etc.).

  • Ability to automate routine tasks and foresee issues that could turn into problems.

  • Experience with coding and scripting tools (PowerShell, Java, Python etc. )

  • Intermediary skills on networking concepts(VLANs, ACLs, Routes, Subnets, Gateways, Proxy etc.)

  • To be able to deliver independently with minimal supervision and design & provide solutions.

  • Strong collaboration skills with multi-functional teams.

  • Precise communication and technical writing skills.

  • Willingness to work in shifts and public holidays on need basis.
