**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Tender Manager** to lead the preparation and submission of tenders for construction projects. The Tender Manager will be responsible for managing the entire bidding process—right from tender identification to proposal submission—ensuring compliance with technical, commercial, and legal requirements. This role requires strong coordination with engineering, costing, legal, and commercial teams.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and analyze **new tender opportunities** from government portals, clients, and private organizations.
- Study and review **tender documents**, including **technical specifications**, **BOQ**, **drawings**, **contract clauses**, and **eligibility criteria**.
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, estimation, contracts, finance) for **bid strategy**, **costing**, and **document preparation**.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of **pre-qualification documents**, **RFIs**, and **clarifications** to clients.
- Prepare **bid summaries**, **costing sheets**, **rate analyses**, and **pricing strategies**.
- Manage and review technical and commercial submissions for accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain a record of all tenders submitted and track outcomes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with **clients**, **consultants**, **JV partners**, and **vendors**.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, industry regulations, and company policies.
- Lead **post-tender negotiations**, clarifications, and **contract finalization** if awarded.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering**, **Construction Management**, or related field; MBA is an added advantage.
- 5-10 years of experience in **tendering**, **bidding**, or **business development** within the construction or infrastructure sector.
- Strong knowledge of **contract types**, **procurement processes**, **CPWD/MORTH/State PWD norms**, and **bid evaluation criteria**.
- Proficiency in **MS Office**, **AutoCAD**, **project management**, and **tendering portals** (e.g., GeM, CPPP, eProcurement).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience in bidding for **government/public infrastructure projects** (e.g., roads, buildings, railways, water supply).
- Understanding of **project costing**, **risk assessment**, and **legal aspects of contracts**.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Leadership skills and team coordination capabilities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
