Job Title: Sales Coordinator - Acodor Fire Door Manufacturing Company

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate communication.
- Maintain customer databases and update sales records in CRM software.
- Generate sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in the organization of sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products, pricing, and availability.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and promotional campaigns.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
