We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tele-Sales Executive to join our team. As a Tele-Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling products or services over the telephone. Your primary goal will be generating sales leads, maintain customer relationships, and close deals through effective communication and convincing skills. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular follow-ups with existing customers to maintain strong relationships..
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationship.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure effective communication with clients to understand their requirements and provide accurate information about our services.
- Identify customer needs, understand their requirements and recommand appropriate solution to meeet those needs.
- follow-up with customers to ensure clients satisfaction, resolve issues and secure repeat business.
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excel knowledge
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to Ernakulam.
- Ability to join immediately.
- Freshers and experienced with strong communication can be apply.
