We are an "International Healthcare Recruitment Agency assisting healthcare professionals across India to find their dream jobs in the Middle East" This target-based role requires exceptional communication skills to engage with potential clients and healthcare professionals effectively. **Responsibilities**: *Promote Global Foreign Service's healthcare recruitment services and explain the benefits to potential clients. *Build and maintain a strong database of potential clients and healthcare professionals. *Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to convert them into successful placements or clients. *Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets to contribute to the overall growth of the firm. *Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities. *Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, leads, and conversions in the CRM system. **Requirements**: *Proven experience in telemarketing, telecalling, or telesales with a track record of achieving targets. *Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages. *Knowledge of the healthcare industry or prior experience in healthcare recruitment will be advantageous. *Strong negotiation abilities to convert leads into clients or successful placements. *Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. *Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. *Positive attitude, resilience, and self-motivation to overcome challenges. *Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
