**Responsibilities**:

- Initiate outbound calls to shops, present our products and persuade potential customers to place orders.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers by providing necessary information and assistance regarding payment methods.
- Handle customer complaints or inquiries related to products, address concerns promptly, and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and empathy while engaging with customers, ensuring their needs are met and their questions are answered promptly and accurately.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, enhancing customer loyalty and generating repeat business.
- Accurately record and process customer orders, ensuring all necessary details are captured correctly to facilitate smooth order fulfillment. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and complaints for reporting purposes.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics to contribute to the overall growth and success of the company. Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and customer preferences to enhance sales strategies and provide valuable insights to the team.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in telesales or customer service roles is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to engage customers over the phone.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills to convince potential customers to place orders.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to work towards sales targets and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
