**Title: Campaigns operation - Associate**

**About the team: Campaigns -**
- With 5 days working and rotational off.

**About the role**:

- Handling of all the operational Task of Campaigns, Reporting.

**Expectations/ Requirements**:

- To monitor & identify suspicious transactions. May also involve auditing data points from customer complaints to conclude investigation.
- Prepare case summary and act as per process.
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve processes if required.
- Responsible for resolving different kinds of customer queries raised by CST team/different internal teams.
- Good command over MS office (advance excel).
- Smart thinking and clear communication
- Use and continually develop leadership skills
- Be a brand ambassador for Paytm - Stay Hungry, Stay Humble, Stay Relevant

**Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role**:

- 2-4 years of relevant work experience
- Quick learner and ready to show their skills in pressure situation.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Understanding of Technology and User Experience, Good Knowledge of DLT.
- Ability to take initiative.
- Good communication skills to resolve queries of internal and external stakeholders.
- Good Excel knowledge and overall personality is must for this profile.
