**About the role**: Ops and Support
**Expectations/ Requirements**
Scheduling campaigns on time and as per client requirement.
Monitoring all campaign KPI's and taking corrective measures to achieve expected output.
Quick response time to the customer within the defined SLA's.
Suggest best practices and coordination of issue management and problem resolution.
Generating MIS and providing reports to all stakeholders internally and to clients.
Gather client requirements specific to campaigns and execute as per their expectations.
**Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role**
- Minimum 3 year of experience in Operations
- Excellent Communication skills both Written & Verbal
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent in MS office - excel, power-point.
