Role Description

We are looking for a 
CRM & Campaign Manager

with 2-3 years of experience to manage customer engagement campaigns and CRM operations using leading platforms like 
WebEngage or others - Infobip, mCarbon, and Karix

. The ideal candidate will execute and optimize marketing campaigns to improve customer retention and engagement.

Qualifications

  • Campaign Management and Campaigns skills
  • Strong Communication and Sales skills
  • Experienced in Project Management
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
  • Ability to work in an agile environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in the IT industry is a plus
